· Process and track access control service tickets using established workflows

GRADUATE ASSISTANT/STUDENT ASSISTANT ONLINE COURSE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT MULTIMEDIA SUPPORT
Key Responsibilities
Accessibility and Content Remediation
• Assist with improving the accessibility of digital course materials by adding alternative text to images and graphics, captioning and transcribing video and audio content, ensuring proper heading structures and descriptive link text, and converting files into more accessible formats such as tagged PDFs and Word documents.
Multimedia Content Production & Editing
• Contribute to the production of high-quality educational media by supporting recording sessions, post-production editing, and content delivery for online courses.
•Execute production and editing tasks with attention to detail, ensuring consistency in video, audio, and visual standards while following established workflows.
•Maintain organized media assets and collaborate with the production team to support efficient workflows and timely project completion.
• Help format and edit course materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other media assets so that visuals, animations, and supporting content align with learning objectives and scripts.
Course and Platform Support
• Provide support within Canvas and related tools such as Kaltura, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365. This includes uploading materials, helping organize course assets, supporting basic content setup, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and assisting with accessible features in presentation and video tools.
Collaboration and Quality Assurance
•Work closely with instructional designers, instructional technologists, and interactive media producers to ensure course materials align with pedagogical goals, accessibility expectations, and broader educational standards.
• Review and proofread content for style, grammar, factual accuracy, and accessibility compliance.
Documentation and Media Management
• Maintain organized multimedia assets, track materials through editing and production stages, and help preserve clear documentation, guides, and checklists related to digital accessibility and online course support.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must be current third-year or above undergraduate students, master’s students, or doctoral students with relevant skills and competencies in communications, multimedia content creation, and graphic design. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity or proficiency in the following areas: Canvas; Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint; Google applications; Zoom; Microsoft Teams; multimedia and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects; video and audio production techniques and equipment; accessibility practices such as captioning, transcription, and accessible document and media creation; and awareness of assistive technologies such as screen readers, including JAWS and NVDA.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
Preferred candidates will have experience with multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of video and audio production techniques, and experience with accessibility practices including captioning, transcription, accessible document and media creation, and use of assistive technologies such as screen readers. Successful candidates will bring strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational strengths, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Coordinator - GT Promoting Relationships, Identity, and Mentoring through Engineering
Undergraduate Research Assistant – Space-Time Diffusion Foundation Models
The student will work alongside the PI on one or more of the following: (1) training and evaluating spatio-temporal latent diffusion models on PDE benchmarks (PDEBench, the Well) and physics video corpora (Physion, Kubric); (2) building rollout-consistency evaluation pipelines and ablation harnesses; (3) running and analyzing experiments; and (4) contributing to data preprocessing, visualization, and reproducibility tooling.
Required: strong programming in Python; familiarity with PyTorch or JAX; linear algebra and probability at the level of ECE 3077 / MATH 3215 or equivalent. Preferred: prior exposure to deep learning (CS 4644, ECE 4699, or self-directed projects), experience with HuggingFace Diffusers, Git, and Linux command line. Coursework in dynamical systems, PDEs, or controls is a plus but not required.

CRC Lifeguard - Summer Semester
Getting started is easy! Simply apply online, attend an interview (either our open slots at 5pm Tuesdays or individually scheduled), and attend/pass one of our lifeguard certification classes.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
• Lifeguard must possess a valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification.
We offer this certification class monthly at the McAuley Aquatic Center for no cost to offered employees. All materials will be provided for the course included in your course fee. The course is a blend of 8 hrs of online modules and 22.5 hours of in-class/pool instruction, typically done Thurs-Sun.
QUALIFICATIONS TO TAKE LIFEGUARD CLASS
An individual must be at least 16 years of age or older and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to enter the course and must be demonstrated prior to class participation.
• Lifeguard candidate must be able to continuously swim a distance of 200 yards (without resting) using the front crawl and/or breaststroke. The candidate must stop after 150 yards, tread water without the use of hands for 2 minutes, and then continue swimming for 50 yards.
• Lifeguard candidate must be able to recover a 10 pound weight from 11’ feet down and swim with it on their back for 20 yards. The candidate must get out of the water in under 1:40s.
• Lifeguard candidate must be able to recover a 10 pound weight from eight feet (17') water depth
• All required uniforms for this position are provided by the CRC as part of your employment
• Team members must make their own accommodations for parking

Student Assistant III
The School of Psychology is seeking a motivated and reliable Student Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions within the department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an academic office environment while developing organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
